Qualifications

• Strong PC skills including Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage, Oracle, SAP) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices.
• Post payments timely and accurately to accounts.
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable.
• Deposit payments to bank account.
• Generate AR/cash flow reports.
• Assist with month-end closing process.
• Assist with improvements to AR processes.
• Assist with audit-related AR tasks.
