Qualifications

• High School/GED required with start date
• 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software for senior role
• Experience with OSU accounting functions is preferred

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests for authority, completeness, and policy compliance
• Procure materials/services with P-Card within limits
• Prepare purchase requisitions beyond authorized limits
• Order and stock office supplies for FPP
• Data entry of P-Card reports, travel expenses, and invoices
• Reconcile Banner and xTuple reports
• Provide purchasing services within delegated authority
• Coordinate with OSU purchasing to resolve questions
• Serve as primary contact for OSU Facilities Management and ABM
• Cross-train with other accounting areas
