The successful candidate will process payments, review documentation for compliance with GAAP and university policies, and support year-end activities while ensuring strong vendor relations and accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative support experience in a financial/accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of payments and related documents accurately and timely.
• Analyze documentation for completeness, accuracy, and policy requirements.
• Identify and resolve invoice and payment issues with vendors and university departments.
• Understand and apply university policies and governmental regulations.
• Facilitate weekly check runs, stop payments, and reissues.
