Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience in nonprofit/education/human services environment preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices with PO matching.
• Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and electronic transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to payment inquiries.
• Maintain AP records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, and audits.
• Collaborate with departments for timely invoice approvals.
• Enter semi-monthly payroll information and review with HR before processing.
• Manage E-Z Pass accounts, including transponder assignments and replenishments.
• Coordinate vehicle registrations, renewals, and compliance.
• Track vehicle leases, renewals, mileage, and related documents.
• Provide monthly sales tax reporting data to CFO (Amazon and Shopify sales).
• Administer petty cash and reconcile transactions; prepare deposits.
• Review, reconcile, and process corporate credit card statements.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
