You will process supplier invoices, maintain electronic records, assist with payments, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

1–3 years of Accounts Payable/Shared Services experience is preferred. Salary range is $44,000–$50,000; benefits include health, 401(k), growth opportunities, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable / Shared Services experience.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing preferred.
• Experience with document imaging or workflow systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely in accordance with policies.
• Scan, index, validate, and maintain electronic AP documents and records.
• Review invoices for required approvals and data accuracy prior to processing.
• Support ACH, check, wire, and other payment processing activities.
• Monitor workflow queues and resolve routine invoice and payment exceptions.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries about invoice and payment status.
• Assist with vendor master data maintenance and controls.
• Maintain organized records and support month-end, audit and reporting.
