Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong accounting foundation and finance knowledge.
• Experience managing payables within a broader Finance framework.
• Prior experience in accounts payable management or a senior AP role, preferably in real estate or construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounts payable cycle: reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices and pay applications, expense reports, and purchase orders.
• Manage payment runs, reconcile vendor accounts, and record journal entries.
• Support month-end and year-end close, audits, and compliance; implement process improvements and internal controls.
