You will oversee end-to-end AP processing, enforce controls, and collaborate with procurement, treasury, and the broader finance organization to support accurate financial reporting.

Key duties include vendor relations, SOX/compliance, month-end close ownership, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years accounts payable experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets, pivot tables, and reconciliations.
• Ability to lead a team and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop AP team, set performance goals and conduct reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end AP processing including 2-way and 3-way matching and posting.
• Ensure payments (ACH, wire, checks) are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain vendor master data and build strong supplier relationships.
• Design and monitor AP internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Own AP sub-ledger and month-end close; provide AP metrics and KPIs.
• Support treasury with cash flow forecasting and short-term projections.
