Job summary

CRC Group seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a large, supervisor-led AP function, driving accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls. The role partners with senior Finance leaders on workforce planning and capacity management to support cycles and increasing transaction complexity.

You will drive process improvements, establish metrics, and oversee end-to-end payable operations with a focus on governance, compliance, and risk management. This is an on-site role in Birmingham, AL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience leading Accounts Payable, carrier payable, or related high-volume finance ops.
• Experience supervising teams and developing leadership within a large organization.
• Experience delivering scalable improvements in complex payment functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large supervisor-led Accounts Payable function with defined priorities and service levels.
• Coach and develop team supervisors; ensure accountability and consistent execution.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and capacity management.
• Drive long-term improvements: processes, controls, and scalable solutions.
