Job summary

CRC Group seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a large, supervisor-led AP function, driving accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls across carrier payable and premium remittance operations. You will partner with senior finance leaders on workforce planning, capacity management, and workload balancing to support peak cycles, implement improvements, and raise performance metrics.

You will coach supervisors, shape operating rhythms, and ensure consistency and compliance across payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading Accounts Payable, carrier payable, or high-volume payment operations.
• Experience leading supervisors with performance coaching and workload management.
• Experience in large organizations with scale and complex transaction flows.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, payment workflows, controls, audit readiness, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, supervisor-led Accounts Payable function and set priorities, performance expectations, service levels, and rhythms.
• Coach and develop team supervisors to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and capacity management to support business cycles.
• Drive process improvements and scalable solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and controls.
