The role partners with Operations and Finance to maintain vendor relationships and support reliable financial reporting.

Responsibilities cover end-to-end AP processing, multi-location payables, accruals for month-end close, and leadership of AP staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in a multi-location, high-volume, or operationally complex environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP process including invoice intake, matching, coding, approvals and payments.
• Manage high-complexity payables and multi-entity or multi-location charges.
• Maintain accruals for month-end close and ensure vendor/dispute resolutions.
