Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts payable, accounting operations, or related finance functions.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the accounts payable function to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members.
• Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of internal controls and operational procedures.
• Assist with issue resolution, vendor communication, and payment-related inquiries.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to support management decision-making.

• Support audit requests and maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
