CFS is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-volume AP team in Houston, Texas. The role focuses on developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Coupa or P21 is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable function.
• Lead, mentor, and develop AP Supervisors and Analysts (15–20 indirect reports).
• Drive process improvements, automation, reporting enhancements, and AI initiatives.
• Develop and track KPIs to improve team performance.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment and invoice issues.
• Support month-end close, audits, and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
