Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoicing, approvals and payments.
• Process a high volume of invoices with proper coding and three-way matching.
• Lead vendor management and maintain clean records and communications.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Shipping & Receiving, and Finance for timely payments.
• Establish internal controls and ensure tax reporting and 1099 compliance.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency in AP.
