The ideal candidate will have seven or more years in AP, five+ years of supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of accrual accounting, vendor controls, and AP automation. This on-site role offers growth within a busy accounting function.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience.
• Five+ years in AP supervisory or management roles.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of accrual and prepaid expense accounting and month-end close.
• Experience with Epicor ERP and AP automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AP operations and manage a small team.
• Oversee invoice processing, approvals, and three-way matching.
• Manage vendor onboarding, master data, and controls.
• Own AP cash forecast and payment cycles.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, Supply Chain, and Accounting.
• Drive AP automation and process improvements to reduce delays.
• Prepare AP-related journal entries and month-end close.
