Job summary

DaBella in Austin, TX is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to own the full AP cycle, ensure timely vendor payments, and lead a growing AP team in a fast-paced environment. You will optimize rebate programs and early payment discounts, mentor AP specialists, resolve disputes, track KPIs, and drive automation and system improvements in collaboration with accounting on 1099 reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in high-volume financial operations, AP, or accounting systems roles.
• 3+ years managing a team of 6+ people.
• Experience with process automation and operational improvements.
• Experience with AP invoice processing and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with 1099 compliance.
• Ability to understand and code invoices to the general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Own the full AP cycle, ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Optimize vendor rebate and early payment discount programs to maximize cost savings.
• Lead and mentor a team of AP specialists.
• Resolve vendor disputes and escalations, coordinating with vendors and DaBella staff.
• Monitor AP related KPIs and drive improvements; identify opportunities for automation.
• Partner with accounting on 1099 reporting and vendor profile setup.
