Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience, with 2+ years supervisory.
• Experience assigning workload, coaching staff, and ensuring deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of accounts payable and internal controls.
• Working knowledge of Form W-9 and 1099 reporting.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects, matches, and enters expense report and invoice information into the accounting system.
• Reconciles vendor charges and serves as liaison between vendors and staff.
• Reviews invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Verifies amounts and vendor details against receipts.
• Maintains vendor master file and handles 1099 reporting.
