Job summary

Refinitiv is seeking an Accounts Payable leader in Minnesota to oversee end-to-end AP operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate payments. The role focuses on internal controls, IFRS compliance, and vendor data integrity within a hybrid work environment.

You will drive process improvements, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with Procurement and General Ledger teams, while delivering high-quality financial operations support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounts payable with 2+ years in supervision/management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, AP best practices, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop AP staff; set performance goals and conduct reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end AP cycle: invoice receipt, coding, routing, and payment processing.
• Manage vendor master data and supplier records; support onboarding and compliance.
• Design and enforce internal controls to prevent duplicate payments, fraud, and errors.
• Prepare AP aging reports, accruals, and KPI monitoring; drive process improvements.
