Job summary

CFS in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function, upholding financial controls and compliant payment processes.

You will collaborate directly with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and business stakeholders to drive 1099/1042-S reporting, sales/use tax, unclaimed property, and employee expenses while leading automation and process improvements across AP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable, accounting, or related financial operations experience.
• Strong experience with AP controls, GL reconciliations, vendor disbursements, tax reporting, and employee expense management.
• Experience leading AP initiatives and implementing process improvements or automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned AP operations, including vendor payments, documentation, tax reporting, and compliance
• Oversee AP-to-General Ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close
• Monitor employee Travel & Expense and Procurement Card activity for policy compliance
• Manage 1099/1042-S reporting, sales & use tax requirements, and unclaimed property administration
• Improve AP policies, internal controls, workflows, and automation in partnership with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and business teams
