Job summary

High Country Search Group client seeks an AP leader to own a high-volume Shared Services operation supporting multiple locations in Colorado. This is a visible leadership role overseeing a sizable AP team and driving process improvements, controls, and automation initiatives.

You’ll establish KPI metrics, partner with internal teams and vendors, and elevate service levels across centralized AP functions. Prior AP leadership and ERP experience are required, with a track record of optimizing

Qualifications

• Experience leading a larger AP or accounting team.
• Shared Services or high-volume AP leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AP operations, workflow, and team performance.
• Coach and develop a large AP team.
• Oversee reconciliations, vendor issues, disbursements, and invoice processing.
• Establish and improve AP KPIs and processes.
• Drive automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
