Job summary

Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. is seeking a Finance leader to drive management reporting, budgeting, and financial planning. You will partner with senior leadership to analyze variances, consolidate forecasts, and support strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong analytical capability, cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Marketing, and Pricing, and the ability to lead transformation programs and cost-reduction efforts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead management performance reporting and reviews with senior leadership.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting with variance analysis to forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee annual target setting and budgeting, including key driver variances.
• Align business data systems with the accounting system of record.
• Provide analytics support for strategic projects to aid decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to enable strategic goals.
• Provide leadership for transformation initiatives and cost reduction efforts.
• Develop and present high-quality analytics and executive-ready materials.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Pricing on initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive change management.
• Hire and lead diverse teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
