What You’ll Do

• Lead all AP-related activities and serve as the primary point of contact for OMS360 practices, vendors, and internal teams
• Direct the day-to-day work of an offshore AP team, ensuring performance, accuracy, and timeliness
• Oversee vendor onboarding, communication, and resolution of issues
• Own monthly statement reconciliations, ensuring alignment across systems (Stampli, Sage) and vendor records
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, duplicate payments, and reconciliation gaps
• Support acquisition integrations by streamlining AP workflows during practice onboarding
• Partner with software vendors (Stampli, Sage, Divvy) to resolve system issues and drive workflow improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable or a related finance role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience managing or working with remote/offshore teams
• Strong proficiency with Sage, Stampli, and Excel
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear communicator with a service-minded approach to vendor and team interactions
• Experience in a multi-entity, healthcare, or private equity-backed environment is a plus
