Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 3 AP professionals.
• Process approximately 2,500 invoices per month using NetSuite.
• Serve as the escalation point for queries and issues.
• Liaise with the executive team to address and resolve issues, demonstrating credibility and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing an Accounts Payable team.
• Proficiency in NetSuite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with the executive team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in processing invoices.
