Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in property accounting or accounts payable operations.
• Experience supervising or coordinating accounting or accounts payable teams preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar real estate accounting software preferred.
• Experience with PayScan is a plus.

• Oversee accounts payable processes for corporate entities, investment funds, and properties.
• Lead and train AP staff and outsourced team members.
• Review and code invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
