Job summary

Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest is seeking an Accounts Payable leader in San Jose, CA to drive process improvements, manage day-to-day AP activities, and partner with Finance, IT, and vendors.

The role requires strong analytical skills, change management, and experience with Concur; NetSuite ERP is a plus. You will oversee month-end close, 1099 reporting, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field (business, supply chain, procurement, finance, or project management).
• 5+ years of procure-to-pay and continuous improvement/business analysis experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory management experience.
• Experience with Concur is required. NetSuite ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounts payable section, identifying and implementing process improvements with risk assessments and change management.
• Develop and implement the affiliate's continuous improvement strategy within accounts payable.
• Collaborate with other groups to develop training, reporting, and system enhancements based on process revisions.
• Provide day-to-day AP support including PO/Non-PO processing, holds, payment cycles, 1099 reporting, GL entries, and month-end close.
