Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of accounts payable experience with full-cycle responsibilities.
• At least 2 years supervising or managing AP staff.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, payment methods, and vendor management.
• Experience with ACH, wire, and check payment processes.
• Knowledge of 1099 reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 Accounts Payable staff members.
• Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process for multiple entities.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment issues.
• Review invoice coding, approvals, and processing for accuracy.
• Oversee ACH payments, wire transfers, and check runs.
• Manage employee expense reimbursements through Concur.
• Lead the annual 1099 preparation and filing process.
• Ensure timely month-end AP close activities and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, controls, and efficiency.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support business operations and vendor management.
