Job summary

Toray Advanced Composites is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist III in Morgan Hill, CA to manage the complete AP cycle, ensure timely processing, and support month-end close. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and 5+ years of AP experience in a manufacturing setting.

The position involves high-volume 2-way/3-way invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, weekly payment runs, and process improvements. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Experience in a lead or supervisor role is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume AP with 2-way, 3-way match and non-PO invoices, ensuring proper coding and compliance.
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs (ACH, wire, check).
• Review vendor statements and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain vendor master records and prepare 1099 forms in compliance with IRS rules.
• Support month-end close with AP accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
