Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-6 years of accounts payable experience with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Progressive accounting experience supporting general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable - processing invoices, payments, vendor master data, and audit trails.
• Month-end close support with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Cash management and bank reconciliations; daily and monthly activities.
• Compliance, controls & audit support, including 1099 and tax compliance.
• Process improvement and operational excellence in accounting processes.
• Cross-functional partnership with AR, Finance, and other business functions.
