Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Staff Accountant to own the accounts payable function for trade and inter-company, support month-end close, and drive process improvements within the Finance team.

You will manage invoice processing, payments, vendor onboarding, internal controls, and reporting on KPIs like DPO and AP aging; a BA/BS in accounting and 5–6 years AP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–6 years of accounts payable experience and journal entries / reconciliations.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable function for trade and inter‑company.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and EFTs.
• Maintain vendor master data and onboarding.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and AP subledger reconciliation.
• Assist with internal controls and audits.
• Track KPIs: DPO, cycle time, AP aging.
