Job summary

Hope Administrative Services, DBA as Central Transportation System, Scobey Moving and Storage, Spectrum Relocation Group, and International Moving and Warehouse, seeks a Corporate Accounts Payable Specialist to supervise AP clerks and assist the Senior Accounting Manager with data entry, reconciliation, and accounting duties.

Responsibilities include auditing invoices, posting to the GL, processing payments by checks and ACH, and preparing monthly reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 2 years accounts payable experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work in time-sensitive situations where internal and external customer satisfaction is the goal.
• Proven attention to detail, accuracy and task follow-through.
• Experience in data analysis is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Audits invoices to verify total expenses by branch.
• Data entry of general invoices and benefits invoices.
• Allocates expenses to General Ledger accounts.
• Posts invoices into accounting system and imports data.
• Processes checks for payments and submits ACH information.
• Prepares monthly reconciliations for bank and related accounts.
• Contributes to a safe work environment by following Safety Program.
