In the position of Accounts Payable Lead, you will lead, mentor, and coach the accounts payable staff to ensure invoices are processed, paid timely, and accurately. Responsible for supporting the team research discrepancies, work with many different departments, and vendors globally
Audit and post purchase orders (PO) and Non-PO invoices
Create and review payment proposals
Resolve invoice issues with Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.
Perform monthly closing procedures and run reports
Provide leadership to accounts payable team and deliver on special projects as assigned
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Accounting, Finance or related field of study
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting
Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in a full cycle accounts payable role, internal control system
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
