A Day in the Life:

This role is responsible for promotional billing, accruals, deductions, and invoice claims by analyzing data, researching discrepancies, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial processing and timely issue resolution. The successful candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position also contributes to process improvements, system enhancements, reporting, maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, internal controls, and special projects that support business objectives.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Extract, clean, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources to create accurate billing files for various promotional billing programs. Analyze promotional billing and accrual activity to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Research and resolve customer deductions associated with promotional invoices to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. Prepare and submit credit, debit, and revision packets, including supporting documentation and analysis, for management review and approval.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external requests, inquiries, concerns, and disputes by conducting research, analyzing supporting documentation, and identifying appropriate resolutions.
  • Perform system testing for process enhancements, system updates, and new functionality to validate results and identify issues prior to implementation (as needed).
  • Maintain, update, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes are documented accurately and consistently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance process controls through active participation in continuous improvement initiatives and team brainstorming sessions.
  • Participate in special projects, reporting requests, process improvement efforts, and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
Who You Are:
  • Microsoft Office applications with Intermediate Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
  • SAP preferred
  • 1-3 years in Accounting
  • 1-3 years in Data Analysis

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$18 - $25 USD
