Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Train and oversee accounts payable staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Review, approve, and process invoices, ensuring correct coding and compliance
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve inquiries
• Ensure accuracy of records and ledger entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Accounts Payable
• Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and database software
