Account Executive/Product Development Manager (TN, MS, LA, AR, NC, SC)

Join a dynamic team making a difference! Naveris, a precision oncology diagnostics company founded in 2017 with facilities in Massachusetts and North Carolina, is hiring experienced sales representatives in TN, MS, LA, AR, NC, SC with diagnostic testing and/or oncology experience.

Job Role: Product Development Manager

The PDM develops and executes sales plans to maximize the use of Naveris diagnostic tests, supporting corporate goals and promoting NavDx adoption among targeted providers. The role emphasizes demand generation, customer service excellence, and strategic account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Complete training and demonstrate proficiency with genomic testing concepts and Naveris diagnostics.
  2. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and cancer disease states.
  3. Engage in continuous learning about cancer care and diagnostics trends.
  4. Use targeting data to develop territory promotional activities and market development strategies.
  5. Drive NavDx adoption by developing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
  6. Create and implement strategic plans for territory growth within budget.
  7. Support corporate objectives, deliver key messages, and ensure high customer service levels.
  8. Build relationships with key opinion leaders in oncology and otolaryngology.
  9. Communicate effectively within the team and with clients.
  10. Travel up to 50% within the territory and for key meetings outside the territory.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biology, business, or marketing (preferred).
  2. 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare, especially in oncology or diagnostics.
  3. Strong territory and account management skills.
  4. Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive to manage a large multistate area.
  5. Valid driver’s license; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. 3+ years in oncology sales, experience with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or diagnostics.
  2. Existing relationships with key oncology centers.
