Responsibilities

• Receives, date-stamps, sorts, and reviews invoices to ensure prompt processing and prevent late payments.
• Downloads invoices into Yooz, assigns accounting codes, routes for approval, and processes check requests.
• Maintains complete documentation for all payments and resolves invoice/payment discrepancies.
• Maintains vendor files and current account information; reconciles discrepancies with vendors and Territorial Headquarters.
• Prepares reports and financial information as requested by management.
