Job summary

Overland Ready Mixed Concrete is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to provide administrative support, coordinate office operations, and assist with shop/garage inventory at our Central Nebraska locations including York.

You will process invoices, verify coding, support accounts payable and receivable, and help with data entry and purchasing, while delivering dependable service to internal teams and colleagues across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED; related accounting cert preferred.
• Six months accounting experience or related training.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives invoices, verifies, codes and sends Accounts Payable invoices for approval and payment.
• Reviews inventoried items and updates Lawson inventory records.
• Initiates purchase orders and receives aggregate PO changes.
• Provides customer support by answering calls and routing messages.
• Assists with accounts receivable, credit, insurance and special projects.
• Performs clerical duties including filing, photocopying and collating.
