Kestra Financial is seeking a Staff Accountant II to support accounts payable operations and AP-related accounting activities in a hybrid role. You will process vendor invoices, manage payment cycles, prepare allocations, and assist with month-end close and audits.

The position emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with internal teams, and a strong control mindset. Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 5+ years AP experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years accounts payable, accounting, or shared services experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform or support full-cycle accounts payable processing, including reviewing and coding vendor invoices and employee expenses.
• Manage weekly payment cycles (checks, ACH, positive pay) and resolve issues.
• Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts; assist with audit requests and tax reporting.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and accruals; maintain documentation.
