Logan Health is seeking a Supervisor of Accounts Payable in Kalispell, MT to lead the AP and Fixed Assets functions, directing a team of seven staff including AP specialists and an Accountant. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required or equivalent
• Minimum of one year leadership experience required
• MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Minimum of five years of accounting experience, healthcare background preferred
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, fixed assets, capital requests, lease accounting, property and equipment
• Manage month-end close and financial reporting with accuracy and compliance
• Lead and develop AP team, set priorities, train stakeholders on processes
• Maintain vendor records and administer corporate credit card program
• Support transition planning for new financial system and collaborate with cross-functional teams
