Responsibilities

• Enter, update, organize, review, analyze, and/or verify system data and forms; audit procedures and transactions.
• Research information, reconcile payments, accounts and transactions; process exceptions and correct errors.
• Assist in interpreting policies, procedures, laws, rules and ordinances.
• Provide internal and external customer support; respond to inquiries and provide guidance on processes.
• Prepare and maintain files, records, reports, spreadsheets, and balance transactions; generate aging reports.
