Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile, prepare and input payments for all goods and services.
• Compile, export, and organize invoicing documents for departmental expense tracking.
• Assist in year-end accounts payable closing procedures.
• Perform weekly updates to annual Purchase Order list concurrently with scheduled check runs.
• Track and document staff non-compliance with internal finance policies to generate data-driven performance metrics.
• Assist in annual audits, compiling and delivering requested financial records to auditors.
