JM Family College Internship Program provides meaningful work aligned with students’ studies. As an Accounts Payable (AP) Customer Experience Transformation Intern, you will support efforts to understand customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience, while gaining exposure to data analysis, surveys, and presentations.

You will work full-time during the Summer Internship Program (May 24, 2027 - July 30, 2027) and contribute to AP transformation initiatives, survey design, and content

Formación

• Active enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or degree-seeking program.
• Majors in Marketing, Business or related fields encouraged.
• Must have completed at least one semester of coursework.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; interest in customer experience and market research.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Curious, organized, and collaborative; interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Support the AP Customer Service Experience Survey design and analysis.
• Analyze survey data to extract customer insights and recommendations.
• Develop content recommendations for the APNow Virtual Agent.
• Contribute to the AP Transformation Presentation with clear materials.
• Support CX, branding, and market research initiatives through data analysis.
