Responsibilities

• Support the AP Customer Service Experience Survey design and analysis.
• Analyze survey data to extract customer insights and make recommendations.
• Develop content recommendations for the APNow Virtual Agent.
• Contribute to the AP Transformation Presentation by synthesizing findings.
• Support customer experience, branding, and market research initiatives through data analysis.
