Tramontina USA, Inc. is seeking a reliable Financial Analyst – Accounts Payable in Sugar Land, TX. You will manage vendor invoices, payments, and costing data within a manufacturing context, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Production, and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies and support cost analysis and budgeting. This role emphasizes attention to detail and process improvement in a dynamic, global brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounts payable or financial operations experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, QuickBooks, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with high detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support internal and external financial reports and statements as assigned.
• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
• Process vendor payments and maintain accurate records in the financial system.
• Perform daily accounts payable activities, including reconciliations and discrepancy research.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
