Job summary

Tramontina USA, Inc. in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst – Accounts Payable to join our manufacturing finance team. The role focuses on processing vendor invoices, supporting payments, and maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and at least 2–5 years in accounts payable, with proficiency in SAP, Quick Books, and Power BI. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
2–5 years of accounts payable or financial operations experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial setting.
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems such as SAP, Quick Books and Power BI.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with policies.
Process and support timely vendor payments through various methods while maintaining records.
Assist with month-end close activities, accruals, and variance analyses related to AP and costing.
Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and support costing activities.
