Job summary

Tramontina USA, Inc. is seeking a reliable Financial Analyst - Accounts Payable to join our Sugar Land, TX team. You will process vendor invoices, manage payments, and maintain accurate records in a manufacturing environment.

You’ll collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Production, and Inventory to resolve discrepancies, support cost analyses, and uphold internal controls. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years AP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years AP or financial operations experience.
• Experience with SAP, QuickBooks and Power BI.
• Understanding of AP processes and internal controls.
• Solid accounting knowledge and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices with proper coding.
• Prepare payments and maintain AP records and documentation.
• Support costing activities and cost analyses.
• Reconcile AP transactions and vendor statements.
• Assist with month-end close and audits as needed.
