Responsibilities

• Create and verify financial records and forms.
• Monitor daily processing of invoices and reconcile petty cash monthly.
• Review budgeted allocations with Financial Analysts for A/P data entry and GL coding.
• Automate electronic payments for utilities, phone, and other services for program locations.
• Reconcile outstanding invoices with outside vendors.
• Develop and maintain a system to ensure timely receipt, processing, and payment of utilities invoices.
