Job summary

TMRW Sports, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to support a high-velocity finance team in Orlando. The role emphasizes accurate invoice entry, supplier onboarding, and strict adherence to approval workflows across multiple entities.

The successful candidate will combine transactional excellence with strong communication, risk awareness, and discretion handling confidential information. Experience with Workday and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable or related experience.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, supplier onboarding, approvals, and documentation.
• Experience with ERP/financial management systems.
• Ability to work with incomplete information and escalate appropriately.
• Strong audit support, risk identification, and internal controls awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Highly organized with good time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices accurately and timely across multiple entities and cost centers, ensuring completeness and policy compliance.
• Recommend appropriate expense coding using contracts, context, and established practices; escalate unclear items.
• Create and maintain suppliers in Workday and collect required tax and banking documentation.
• Perform supplier and bank account verification and flag potential fraud indicators.
• Manage invoice queues and approval workflows; follow up with internal partners and communicate delays clearly.
• Support scheduled payments, urgent requests, invoice research, and other AP exceptions.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audit requests with urgency and accuracy.
• Protect confidential financial and contractual information with discretion.
• Communicate professionally with employees, leaders, suppliers, and external partners.
• Assist with procurement rollout, Workday enhancements, portal conversions, and process documentation.
