Crowder Construction Co is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on processing invoices, maintaining ERP entries, and ensuring timely vendor payments within a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong 10‑key skills, and basic Excel knowledge. A team‑oriented mindset and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment in a timely, accurate manner.
• Key invoices into ERP system by matching to an existing PO.
• Track status of problem invoices and assist with resolving problem.
• Process subcontract payments, if applicable.
• Track and resolve issues assigned by Accounts Payable Supervisor and/or Division.
• Review other Coordinator's keyed batches.
• Process monthly accruals for assigned Division.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Track and resolve vendor calls and audit invoices in ERP.
