Job summary

Intrinsic Development, a full-service real estate developer expanding into Lee's Summit, is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join the finance team. You will perform daily, full-cycle accounting tasks and help drive process improvements in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on AP experience or a Bachelor's in Accounting, 1+ year of general accounting, expert Excel, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Hands on AP experience or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 1+ years general accounting experience.
• Experience with processing sales tax reports.
• Expert level Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical abilities.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable diligently and accurately.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations.
• Handle full-cycle accounting for multiple entities.
• Reconcile credit card statements for assigned entities.
• Prepare multi-state sales tax reports.
• Assist with payroll processing as needed.
• Process inter-company billings and GL reconciliations.
• Complete special accounting projects as assigned.
