Qualifications

• Hands-on AP experience or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 1+ years general accounting experience.
• Experience with processing sales tax reports.
• Expert level Excel and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable processing.
• Cash and bank reconciliations.
• Full cycle accounting for several entities.
• Reconcile credit card statements.
• Prepare multi-state sales tax reports.
• Assist with processing payroll as needed.
• Process inter-company billings.
• General Ledger reconciliation and analysis.
• Complete special accounting projects as assigned.
