Responsibilities

• Match invoices to related purchase orders for Texas–Oklahoma Region (24 facilities).
• Review accounts payable documents and prepare batches for processing; participate in weekly check runs; prepare manual checks as necessary.
• Respond to employee and vendor inquiries; maintain accounts payable records and reports as required.
• Maintain payment terms for assigned vendors; review and research discrepancies to clear Accrued Receipts monthly.
• Assist with other duties as assigned or required.
